Services

For those who show up for everyone else, but deserve a space for the parts of you that keep going, even when you’re overwhelmed.

Grief & Loss

Grief is not always visible, and it doesn’t always come with clear language or timelines. Whether you’re navigating the loss of a person, a relationship, or a version of life you once expected, this space allows you to process your experience at your own pace, with care and without pressure.

Life Transitions

Change, even when it’s expected, can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter, role, or identity, therapy offers space to slow down, process what’s shifting, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Stress, Burnout, & Emotional Wellness

You may be managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and continuing to show up, while feeling mentally and emotionally drained. Together, we’ll create space to understand your stress, address burnout, and reconnect with a more sustainable sense of emotional wellness.

FAQs

What services do you offer?

I provide virtual individual counseling for adults navigating grief, life transitions, stress, burnout, and emotional wellness. I also offer clinical supervision for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) in Louisiana.

How are counseling sessions conducted?

All counseling sessions are provided virtually through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform using SimplePractice. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space anywhere in Louisiana or Texas.

What are your office hours?

Appointment times are flexible and are scheduled to accommodate both your availability and my professional schedule. Together, we will identify a time that works best for your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I accept most major commercial insurance plans. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please contact me directly and I will be happy to verify your benefits.

Do you offer private pay options?

Yes. Private-pay services are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not accepted.

What are your rates and what forms of payment do you accept?

Rates vary depending on the service provided. Please contact me directly for current counseling and supervision fees.

I accept all major electronic forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Cash and checks are not accepted.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can be helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, grieving a loss, or struggling to adjust to life changes. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Sometimes the strongest step you can take is allowing yourself a space to process, heal, and receive support.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant background information, and identify your goals for counseling. This session also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone.

Whether you are navigating grief, life transitions, stress, or burnout, therapy offers a supportive space to process what you’re carrying and prioritize your emotional well-being. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step.
